Ground floor

The apartment is on the ground floor and is equipped for a maximum of 3 people. The total living space is 20m²; It is divided into 2 rooms, living room 9m², bedroom 7.5m² and bathroom 2.5m² and has no balcony. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the living room has a sofa bed, TV/Sat, a table and chairs as well as the kitchenette, which has a refrigerator including a freezer, 2 gas and 2 electric hotplates, and an oven. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The apartment has air conditioning, which can be booked for 7 euros per day.

We do not charge any extra costs for the final cleaning, but if there is inadequate contamination, we reserve the right to charge an adjusted cleaning fee before departure. Any damage to property in the apartments should be reported immediately and must also be paid for before departure.

If you have any questions or problems, we are always nearby and available for you to make your stay as pleasant as possible!

A laundry is in the immediate vicinity.

For all guests of our house we offer a barbecue hut right by the sea. Here you can enjoy the evening with a barbecue and the sound of the sea. Just ask on site and we will be happy to reserve it for you.

We know it can be difficult to schedule your vacation to an exact day. You can therefore freely choose your arrival and departure day with us.
