The apartment is on the first floor and is equipped for a maximum of 4 people. There is a separate entrance for apartments 1, 3 and 4. The total living space is 37m². It is divided into 3 rooms. The living room (8.5m²) has a table with chairs, television and the kitchenette. This has a refrigerator including a freezer, 2 gas and 2 electric hotplates, and an oven. The bedrooms are each 9 m² and are equipped with a double bed, mirror and cupboards. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Both bedrooms lead to the balcony facing the sea. There is a table, chairs and a small clothesline here. The apartment has air conditioning, which can be booked for 7 euros per day.

We do not charge any extra costs for the final cleaning, but if there is inadequate contamination, we reserve the right to charge an adjusted cleaning fee before departure. Any damage to property in the apartments should be reported immediately and must also be paid for before departure.
