The apartment is located on the first floor and is equipped for a maximum of 4 people. Apartments 1, 3, and 4 have a separate entrance. The total living space is 37m². It is divided into 3 rooms. The living room (8.5m²) has a table with chairs, a TV, and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, 2 gas and 2 electric hobs, and an oven. The bedrooms are each 9m² and are furnished with a double bed, a mirror, and wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Both bedrooms lead to the sea-facing balcony, which is equipped with a table, chairs, and a small clothesline. The apartment has air conditioning, which can be booked for 7 euros per day.

We do not charge extra for final cleaning, but should the apartment be left unclean beyond reasonable limits, we reserve the right to charge an adjusted cleaning fee prior to departure. Any damage to the apartments should be reported immediately and must also be paid for prior to departure.
