The apartment is located on the first floor and is equipped for a maximum of 8 people. Apartments 5, 6, and 7 have a separate entrance. The total living space is 95m². It is divided into 4 rooms. The living room (20m²) has a double bed, sofa, coffee table, and TV wall. The kitchen has a sofa bed, table, and chairs, and there is also a storage room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, 2 gas and 2 electric hobs, and an oven. The kitchen can be separated from the living room by a sliding door and has a separate entrance. The two bedrooms (11m² each) each have a double bed and a closet. One bathroom has a shower and toilet, and another bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. The spacious hallway also has a couch and a closet. Both bedrooms and the living room lead to the balcony facing the sea with a sea view. There are tables, chairs, and a small clothesline. The living room leads to another small balcony, which also has a sea view. The apartment has two air conditioning units, which can be booked for 12 euros per day.

We do not charge extra for final cleaning, but should the apartment be left unclean beyond reasonable limits, we reserve the right to charge an adjusted cleaning fee prior to departure. Any damage to the apartments should be reported immediately and must also be paid for prior to departure.
