The apartment is located on the first floor and is equipped for a maximum of 8 people. Apartments 5, 6, and 7 have a separate entrance. The total living space is 95 square meters and is divided into four rooms. The living room (20 square meters) has a double bed, sofa, coffee table, and TV wall unit. The kitchen includes a sofa bed, table, chairs, and a storage room. It is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two gas and two electric cooktops, and an oven. The kitchen can be separated from the living room by a sliding door and also has a separate entrance. The two bedrooms (each 11 square meters) each have a double bed and a wardrobe. One bathroom has a shower and toilet, and the other has a bathtub and toilet. A sofa and a wardrobe are also located in the spacious hallway. Both bedrooms and the living room provide access to the sea-facing balcony with sea views. The balcony is furnished with tables, chairs, and a small clothesline. A second small balcony, also with sea views, is accessible from the living room. The apartment has two air conditioners, which can be booked for an additional 12 euros per day.

We do not charge extra for final cleaning; however, should the apartment be left in an unacceptably dirty condition, we reserve the right to charge an adjusted cleaning fee before departure. Any damage to the apartments must be reported immediately and paid for before departure.
